• Use customer data to train foundation AI models
• Use customer data to train third-party AI models
• Share customer data for advertising or marketing networks
• Scrape or harvest customer contact lists or personal networks
• Create shadow profiles or behavioral dossiers
• Manipulate resumes to include false or misleading information
• Submit applications containing fabricated credentials
• Misrepresent candidates to employers

We are not a recruiting agency

MobiusEngine.ai provides career services to job seekers. We do not represent employers, do not collect placement fees from employers, and do not monetize candidate data through hiring-side transactions.

MobiusEngine.ai uses artificial intelligence to assist with analysis, pattern recognition, drafting, and workflow automation.

AI systems are used to:

• Analyze resumes and career history
• Generate resume drafts and variations
• Extract and structure job description requirements
• Assist with job matching and prioritization
• Support application workflow automation
• Generate analytical summaries and reports

Key principles governing AI usage:

MobiusEngine.ai does not deploy AI systems that independently submit job applications without human oversight. Customer data used within AI workflows is processed solely to deliver requested services and is not used to train foundation models.

MobiusEngine.ai operates a hybrid delivery model combining automation with trained human analysts.

Human involvement at critical points:

• Resume review and refinement
• Job targeting and prioritization
• Application quality checks
• Output validation
• Customer support and troubleshooting

All analysts and staff with access to customer data:

• Are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
• Receive data handling and security training
• Are granted access based on role and necessity
• Are prohibited from copying, exporting, or reusing customer data outside approved systems

Human reviewers are responsible for:

• Verifying accuracy of AI-assisted outputs
• Ensuring resumes and applications reflect customer-provided information
• Flagging inconsistencies or potential errors
• Escalating edge cases for additional review

MobiusEngine.ai implements layered technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Our infrastructure is built on enterprise-grade cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and leverages industry-standard security controls.

Data Handling Controls

• Restricted export and download permissions
• Secure encrypted backups
• Secure deletion workflows upon request
• Prohibition on storing customer data in local or personal environments

MobiusEngine.ai strictly limits human access to customer data and enforces confidentiality obligations across all employees, contractors, and analysts.

Access to customer data is granted only when required to perform a specific, authorized job function.

Access Governance

• Role-based access aligned to job responsibilities
• Least-privilege access by default
• Approval required for elevated permissions
• Periodic access reviews and revocation of unnecessary permissions

Confidentiality Obligations

• All personnel bound by confidentiality and NDA agreements

Operational Controls

• No copying or exporting of resumes outside approved systems
• No storage of customer data on personal devices
• No reuse of customer materials for any other client
• No sharing of customer data via personal communication channels

• Monitoring for unauthorized or unusual access patterns
• Zero-tolerance policy for data misuse
• Disciplinary action, including termination and legal action, for violations

MobiusEngine.ai retains customer data only for as long as necessary to deliver services, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.

Retention

• Active customer data is retained for the duration of the service relationship
• After service completion or account termination, data is retained for a limited period for operational, legal, and backup purposes
• Data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized

Deletion Requests

Customers may request deletion of their personal and career data at any time.

• Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe
• Upon completion, customer data is removed from active systems and scheduled for removal from backups

Portability

Customers may request a copy of their data in a commonly used electronic format.

Scope of Deletion

Deletion applies to customer-provided data and derived service artifacts. Certain records may be retained where required by law, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.

MobiusEngine.ai is committed to deploying artificial intelligence in ways that are responsible, transparent, and aligned with the best interests of our customers.

We design and operate AI systems to support human decision-making, not replace it.

Responsible Use

• AI is used to assist analysis, drafting, and workflow automation

• Customers remain in control of final content

Model Training Boundaries

• Customer data is not used to train foundation models
• Customer data is not contributed to third-party model training

Legitimate Job Applications

• We target real, publicly accessible job postings
• We do not create or distribute fake job listings
• We do not submit applications to inflate metrics or generate artificial activity

Honest Representation

• Applications reflect customer-provided and customer-approved information
• We do not impersonate employers or recruiters
• We do not misrepresent the nature of our service to platforms or employers

Responsible Automation

• Automation is designed to assist execution, not abuse platforms
• Rate limits and workflow controls are implemented
• Human oversight exists for application activity

No Resume Harvesting

MobiusEngine.ai does not create job postings for the purpose of collecting resumes for resale, advertising, or database monetization.

Mobius Talent Network

MobiusEngine.ai may offer an opt-in Mobius Talent Network for customers who choose to be considered for potential introductions to partner companies.

• Participation is voluntary
• Data is provided directly by the customer
• Data is used only to facilitate potential introductions
• Data is not sold, rented, or licensed
• Data is not used to train foundation models

MobiusEngine.ai designs its data protection and AI governance practices to align with widely recognized privacy and security frameworks and applicable laws.

We monitor and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards, including:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
• Applicable U.S. state privacy laws
